- Q1. What type of files do I need to send you?
Ans.
We need all your associated floor plans, and elevations in CAD (.dwg) format.we also can accept PDF, JPEG or a sketch,just give us an email and we will check out your files.If you have any 3D file send that to us as well to lessen render turnaround time.
- Q2. How long will my render take?
Ans.
This will depend on how big the scope of work is and the number of renders you require. We will be able to tell you once you send us the plans or give us some of the details. As a rough guess we will have your drafts to you within 96 hours. If your project is urgent we can prioritise it for you work overtime for a small extra fee.
- Q3. Besides the elevations and plans what information do I need to give you?

You have to let us know about the finishes, colours and materials to use.

We also need to know what you will be using the render for, this allows us to determine what size your render needs to be and recite accordingly.

Do you require site specific photos for outside the windows, background or foreground ?
Ans.
If so, send them to us. If not, we will either render the scene or use images from our extensive library.

- Q4. What size Resolution will my render be?
Ans.
standard final renders are around A3 or A4 paper size.this is perfect for brochures and the web. Normally the 3d renders in 3ds max files are 1280 * 1920 pixels resolution or any custom size. If you require large resolution renders, please let us know when seeking your free quote.
- Q5. can you work from a client’s existing 3d model to create a rendering?
Ans.
Yes we have completed projects from 3d models provided by our clients. We can work from a variety of 3d formats including DXF, DXG and MAX.
- Q6. How much do you charge for a completed 3d model and rendering?
Ans.
Each project is unique.after reviewing your plans we determine how many hours are required to model and texture the structure and sitemap. Based on this and how many rendered views are needed we determine an estimate.
- Q7. what forms of payment do you accept?
Ans.
We accept payment through direct bank transfer.
